Reception Hall
Our large reception hall can be set with tables and chairs for a sit-down meal for 110 people, or as an open, standing reception for 120. The smart TV monitors can display your own slideshows or other content from the internet.
West Reception / Central Reception
For smaller groups, the moveable wall can be closed fully or partially, to allow for intimate gatherings.
Auditorium
Our spacious auditorium features a high ceiling with a lit dome that offers excellent acoustics, balcony seating, and a stage with a mural optimized for livestreams. The space is suitable for a wide range of events such as musical performances, weddings, memorials, movie screenings or small theatrical productions. It has a digital projector and drop-down screen, a piano, and audio-visual equipment that is fully listed below. The auditorium can be set for up to 110 people. All second floor spaces are elevator accessible.Kitchen and Lounge
Our fully-stocked kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher and large countertops. An open pass-through allows prepared food to be served there, or delivered to the larger reception hall. The entire kitchen is ADA-compliant.
The Lounge is a flexible seating area with large windows overlooking the courtyard. It’s great for a small group gathering or as part of the larger reception hall.
Board Room
Our board room features a conference table that seats 12, and a wall monitor with a camera for virtual meetings.
Pricing
We can allow usage of our rooms in whatever combination you need and there are several factors in determining the exact usage fee for your event. Please use the form below to give us the details of your event so we can provide a personalized quote.
To give you an idea, here are some example configurations:
- A meeting in our Board Room with up to 12 people for 2 hours would be $100. The 3rd hour would be $25 more.
- Use our entire Reception Hall and Kitchen with up to 110 people (seated) for 2 hours for $600, 3 hours for $750, or 4 hours for $900.
- Use our Auditorium, Reception Hall, and Kitchen with up to 200 people (standing reception) for 2 hours for $900, 3 hours for $1125, or 4 hours for $1350.
- For an even larger event, reserve the entire building with the second-floor rooms and classrooms for extra storage or private space to get ready, for 6 hours for $2800.
